Mountain Whitewater Descents offers Stand Up Paddleboard trips for all levels of paddlers.

All SUP trips have a maximum of four guests per trip.

Horsetooth Reservoir Scenic Tour

Stand Up Paddleboarding has become very popular amongst outdoor enthusiast everywhere. The sport consists of standing on a large, stable board that resembles a surfing longboard, and using a long paddle to propel the board through the water.

The sport started on the ocean as another way to surf big waves and has now made the jump to river running and flat water touring, allowing for a much larger and more diverse user base.

During our reservoir tour, guests will spend the afternoon with one of our excellent instructors at Horsetooth Reservoir. This tour offers the opportunity to get a good workout, relax in the outdoors, view local wildlife and learn the finer points of Stand Up Paddleboarding. Our lake tours are fun for the whole family!

Minimum age for reservoir tours is 10 years old, any guest under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cost: $75 for a 2 to 3 hour tour
