Paddle & Pamper

Enjoy a thrilling, half-day whitewater rafting trip in the morning that is sure to get your adrenalin pumping and your muscles working hard.

After your rafting trip, you can grab some lunch in town and then head to Body & Spa Rituals. Once at the spa, you will wind-down, relax and find your sense of inner peace with a magnificent massage, hydrating facial and express manacure.

This package includes a half-day, AM Plunge, whitewater rafting trip with Mountain Whitewater Descents; all of your rafting equipment including wetsuit, gloves & booties; a Mountain Whitewater Descents t-shirt; a thirty minute express manacure; A one-hour Signature Massage and a half-hour Mini Facial at The Green House Salon & Spa.

This package will give our guests the same great, half-day whitewater rafting experience, but adds a little more time to enjoy your deep sense of well-being at the The Green House Salon & Spa. After all, don’t we all deserve a little more “pamper” in our lives?

This package takes around three to three and one half hours at the spa, so don’t forget to grab something to eat before this long relaxation session.

This package includes a half-day, AM Plunge, whitewater rafting trip with Mountain Whitewater Descents; all of your rafting equipment including wetsuit, gloves and bootie rentals; a Mountain Whitewater Descents t-shirt; a thirty minute express pedicure; A ninety minute signature massage and a one hour full facial at The Green House Salon & Spa.

Price: $255 per person

Paddle & Pedal

This is a one day package. Twelve people maximum per package.

Come to Fort Collins and enjoy a full day of classic Colorado Rocky Mountain excitement. Take a guided whitewater rafting trip and guided mountain bike ride with New World Sports all in the same day.

This package includes a half-day, AM Plunge, whitewater rafting trip with Mountain Whitewater Descents; all of your rafting equipment including wetsuit, gloves & booties; a Mountain Whitewater Descents t-shirt; a half-day guided mountain bike ride or guided hike with New World Sports through Lory State Park and/or Horsetooth Mountain Park; your mountain bike, gloves & backpack rental; and t-shirt from New World Sports.

Both the rafting and cycling trips include a shuttle back to Mountain Whitewater Descents.

Price: $165 per person ($150 if you want to hike)

Paddle & Pedal Deluxe

This two-day package ends on July 15. Twelve People maximum per trip.

The Paddle & Pedal Deluxe package is designed as a two day package, setup to allow guests to experience a full-day whitewater rafting trip and a full-day mountain biking trip on back to back days.

This package includes a Mishawaka Falls full-day whitewater rafting trip with Mountain Whitewater Descents; all of your rafting equipment including wetsuit, gloves & booties; a Mountain Whitewater Descents t-shirt; a full-day guided mountain bike ride or guided hike with New World Sports through Lory State Park and/or Horsetooth Mountain Park; your mountain bike, gloves & backpack rental; and t-shirt from New World Sports.

Both the rafting and cycling trips include a shuttle back to Mountain Whitewater Descents.

Price: $253 per person ($238 if you want to hike)
Meeting Times: 8am for Raft Trip @ MWD the first day, 9am for your Mountain Bike ride @ MWD the second day.

Hot Air & Cold Water

This Package is available on Tuesday and Wednesday only with a maximum group size of three people.

Join us for a day you will never forget. Start with an early morning, scenic ride in the sky. Experience complete serenity with Windracker Balloon Adventures, as they take you on a Hot Air Balloon ride that launches from the grounds at Mountain Whitewater Descents. The balloon chase crew will return you to the raft shop after the trip for your AM Plunge rafting trip. The rafting trip will take your day from relaxing to exciting in a hurry.

This package includes a half-day, Plunge whitewater rafting trip with Mountain Whitewater Descents; all of your rafting equipment including wetsuit, gloves & booties; a Mountain Whitewater Descents t-shirt; a one hour Hot Air Balloon flight with Windtracker Balloon Adventures; a champagne toast after the balloon ride (Must be at least 21 years of age and only one glass is allowed before going rafting); and a Hot Air Ballooning certificate of experience.

This Package is available on Fridays and Saturdays only after June 8th, so book in advance.

This package is perfect for the theater lover in your life. Go rafting in the morning and see professional dinner theater performance in the evening at Midtown Arts Center.

Whitewater & Wine

One or two people per package. Available any day of the week.

This package includes a wonderful gift of six bottles of wine of your choice. Choose from a dry red wine (Montepulcaino), dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc) or a sweet (Rose) wine selection custom created by our owners Brad and Lindsey Modesitt at Vintages, Fort Collins’ only micro-winery. You will also receive personalized Mountain Whitewater Descents wine labels with your name and date of your trip on the labels!

After your rafting excitement you will get to bottle, cork and label your gift of wine at Vintages using their state of the art bottling system.

This package includes a half-day, Plunge whitewater rafting trip with Mountain Whitewater Descents; all of your rafting equipment including wetsuit, gloves & booties; a Mountain Whitewater Descents t-shirt; the experience of bottling your gift wine @ Vintages (Fort Collins’ only micro-winery); and custom rafting labels for your gift bottles of wine.

You get to choose from 5 different label types that including your group name and trip date right on the label.

Need to cool down and relax after a day on the river? Try the Fort Collins Brewery Tour! Fort Collins is the second largest producer of beer in Colorado and it’s not hard to see why we’re proud of our beer.

Fort Collins is home to some outstanding breweries like New Belgium Brewing Company, Odell Brewing Company, The Fort Collins Brewery, Coopersmith’s Brew Pub and Budweiser Brewery. Each of these great brewers offers tours daily tours of their facilities and offer opportunities to sample the best beers in Colorado.

Paddles & Saddles

Six people minimum for dinner rides, however, it may be possible to add your group to another small group. Please call our office to inquire about dinner rides for small groups.

Join Mountain Whitewater Descents and Tip Top Guest Ranch for this quintessential Colorado experience. Whitewater rafting and horseback riding are two activities that should not be missed on your trip to Colorado.

This package includes a half-day, AM Plunge, whitewater rafting trip with Mountain Whitewater Descents; all of your rafting equipment including wetsuit, gloves & booties; a Mountain Whitewater Descents t-shirt; a half-day horseback trail ride with Tip Top Guest Ranch; and a t-shirt from Tip Top Guest Ranch. The dinner ride trip includes a one hour horseback or wagon ride to a remote, dinner location. Dinner includes flame grilled steak or chicken with all the fixins and homemade cobbler.
