Whitewater Raft Guide
We are proud to have the best guides on the Cache la Poudre River. Our motto at Mountain Whitewater is, “Our Guides Make the Difference.” In order to make sure that all of our guides make the difference, Mountain Whitewater holds guides to a very high training standard and encourages all guides to have medical and whitewater training that far surpasses state requirements.
All guides at Mountain Whitewater have at least double the training hours required by the state of Colorado and are required to be trained in Swiftwater Rescue.
Mountain Whitewater employs guides who love what they do, work hard and genuinely care about making a positive difference during rafting trips and in their community. If you don’t have whitewater guiding experience, Mountain Whitewater conducts raft guide training classes in the spring for aspiring raft guides.

Working in the office at Mountain Whitewater can be very hectic and demanding, but also very rewarding. Oftentimes you are required to multitask while still giving the best quality customer service in the industry. As a receptionist you are the front lines of our company. This makes you one of the most important pieces of the Mountain Whitewater puzzle. Job tasks include answering phones and emails, greeting guests, trip check-in, trip bookings and more.

Whitewater photography is a very fast paced and exciting niche for a photographer. Working as a photographer at Mountain Whitewater offers you a chance to be outside and to take pictures of people having the best times of their lives.
This position will help improve your skills as a photographer. Photographers will have to be able to take great action and nature based shots. Photographers are entitled to all of the same benefits as the guides including free Cache La Poudre rafting trips and participation in our pro purchase program.
Driving a bus for Mountain Whitewater is a great escape from driving through town. All of Mountain Whitewater’s trips drive through the “Wild and Scenic” Cache La Poudre River canyon. This job is a great off-season job for school district drivers or any other person with a valid CDL. The position requires drivers to also submit a current DMV record and current DOT Medical Form.
